The premise

Enterprise AI fails at a seam: between the strategy that was never engineered and the engineering that was never governed. Jain Atelier exists because crossing that seam requires one person to be accountable on both sides of it — and because the conventional structure, where strategy is sold by one firm and built by another, manufactures the failure it then bills to fix. Gaurav Jain founded the practice as a builder-advisor: an engineer who ships production systems and designs the governance they run under. Not two capabilities marketed together — one discipline, practiced whole.

A production B2C commerce platform — architected, shipped, and operated

Full-stack design and delivery for a live consumer business: Next.js/React front end, Node/Express services, PostgreSQL, production payment integration and order-to-settlement flows (Razorpay), cross-origin authentication architecture, DPDPA-aligned consent and data-handling implementation, and migration to self-managed Linux production infrastructure — owned end to end, from schema to server.

Independent enterprise-grade prototypes, built to production standards

Self-initiated systems targeting Gulf-market sectors — a healthcare B2B partnership platform and a premium consumer brand experience — including bilingual Arabic-RTL interfaces, dual theming, 3D WebGL components, unit-economics modeling, and complete technical handoff documentation. Built as proof of capability and presented as such: no commissioned-work claim is made, and none is needed.

Applied AI and automation systems

Orchestrated workflow automation (n8n), including an AI-driven expense intelligence system and an LLM-integrated mail client; an applied computer-vision traffic-management system (YOLOv5), built and demonstrated as a working system. Stack depth, stated plainly: Next.js / React / TypeScript · Node / Express · PostgreSQL · payment rails (Razorpay, Stripe) · Three.js / WebGL · workflow orchestration · Linux server operations. The principal writes the code in these engagements — that sentence is the differentiator, and it is checkable.

The atelier model

Most consultancies are pyramids. An atelier is the opposite structure — a workshop where the work is designed, built, and signed by the person whose name is on the door.

Every Jain Atelier engagement is led personally by the principal, from the first diagnostic interview to the production system running in your environment. No work is delegated to a team you have not met — there isn’t one. The practice accepts a limited number of engagements per year as a structural consequence: senior attention does not scale, and it is not supposed to.

What you should take from this page is not size, and the practice will never imply it. What you should take is accountability without seams — and the invitation below.
